Fixed price · Two days · Yours to keep
Two days with an independent consultant who also writes the code. You leave with a clickable prototype, a feasibility assessment, an architecture sketch, a phased roadmap and an honest cost range.
€2,500 net. Fixed.
Two days of Sprint together: four to five days of my time in total, counting preparation, the prototype and the written assessment.
Credited in full against a build, if we do one.
Book a 30-minute call to check fit →You know what you want to build, but not what it might cost you. Maybe you have already collected quotes and the numbers were too far apart to be worth anything. That is where the Sprint comes in: in the shortest possible time you get a prototype, clearly defined requirements and a strategy for building it.
This is the cheapest way to find out.
Not wireframes, not a slide deck. Something you can put in front of a real user or an investor by the end of the second day.
Which parts are routine, which parts are genuinely difficult, and which parts you should buy rather than build.
How the system should be structured, which technologies fit your reality, and what you would need to change later if you grow faster than expected.
What comes first, what can wait, and, most usefully, what could earn revenue before the whole thing is finished.
With the assumptions written down, so you can hold anyone to it. Including me.
All of it is yours. Even if you build it with someone else, or do not build it at all, you keep the work.
Before
30 minutes
A call to check fit. Not every project suits this format, and I will say so before you pay.
Day one
Understand
Your vision, your users, your constraints, your market. Where the actual risk sits. By the end of the day we know what we are really building and, often, what we are not.
Day two
Make it real
Prototype, architecture, roadmap, numbers. You watch it happen rather than waiting for a deliverable.
After
One week of write-up
You get the written version: assessment, roadmap, cost range, and the prototype. Plus one follow-up call once you have had time to read it.
Because an open-ended discovery phase is how agencies make estimating profitable.
Two days and a clear path to an answer. If the answer is “this is a bigger project than you hoped,” you have spent €2,500 to learn it instead of €80,000.

I am Julien Leske. I studied psychology, which is a strange route into software until you notice that most failed products failed for human reasons, not technical ones.
Then: two years at a digital agency in Berlin, two at Infosys in tech consulting where I co-managed their startup lab, and four at KPMG as a consultant for innovation, digital technology and user experience. My track record: DAX-listed corporates and public-sector clients, startups and SMEs: systems used by millions of people.
Since going freelance, the person you talk to is the person who writes the code. Around 900 medical professionals train on a CME-accredited platform I built. Finland’s largest fishing tourism marketplace runs on another platform I designed and built.
Two clients who started roughly this way
What impressed us most was his ability to understand our scientific and educational vision and turn it into a functional and elegant digital platform. Julien's strength is the rare combination of creativity, technical competence, and the ability to listen deeply, understand ideas, and transform them into reality.
Prof. Dr. Jeanette Schulz-Menger
Circle Institute
Beyond his abilities as a developer, we particularly value his project management, which helps us deliver what we set out to do efficiently and on target. Working with him is of great value to us.
Lars Hahne
Founder & CEO
Both then spent two years building what came out of it: Circle Institute and Fisherman’s Lodge.
Not feeling it?
I treat the Sprint as an honest test of your idea: a small experiment to get to clarity fast. The point is not to sell you something, it is to work out together whether the idea holds up. You are the one who decides at the end whether to pursue it, and with whom.
If your idea does not hold up yet, that is the most valuable €2,500 you will spend this year.
Most projects do not fail at the coding. They fail because nobody checked whether the strategy held up.
